Why Smoothie?

What do I love about smoothies?  They're a smart and easy way to get protein AND fiber at the same time.  As an example, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds contains 2 grams of protein, 5 grams of fat and 5 grams of fiber. This sustains my energy and keeps me satisfied for hours.
